The 5-floor gut renovation at our Delancey Place Philadelphia project is well underway. High ceilings and tall bay windows are the star features as we begin
to see rooms take shape.
The living room design concept capitalizes on classic proportions with a neutral palette of sculptural pieces. Sumptuous, yet kid-friendly fabrics keep things stress-free.
The family library overlooks the park from the second floor.
A cocooning warm blue will wrap the entire room, including floor-to-ceiling bookcases.
The master bedroom sitting area will include a tete-a-tete sofa for lounging by the fire.
One of the children's bedrooms will include an overscale wall treatment.
Wood accents counterbalance the sweetness of blush pink.
Thanks to Kevin Rasmussen of Rasmussen/Su architects for the progress photo.
It is wonderful collaborating with Vivian and you on this special project!
