In close collaboration with clients and renovation architects, Lisa has sketched a vision of spare sophistication for this historic Shingle Style residence, designed in 1900 by a prominent architectural firm.
Exterior palette was selected to complement water views, stonework and carriage house on the property. Gutted top-to-bottom, the interior spaces now respect the home's classical heritage while flexing modern for grand entertaining and cozy family life alike. New room layouts bring light and lovely views deep into the home. Lisa's kitchen design calls for a floor-to-ceiling glass wall separating the main kitchen from butler's pantry and curved marble pastry kitchen. New dressing room's soaking tub sits by one of the home's nine fireplaces.
